Privacy and spreadsheet handling
Pasted links and XLSX spreadsheets are processed on the user's device. Spreadsheet conversion changes only recognized link locations while preserving unrelated cells, styles, images, formulas and layout. Files, extracted links and referral codes are not uploaded to Shopwaver. The converter emits no automatic page-view, time-on-page or scroll events; it records only privacy-minimized actions such as scan, conversion outcome, copy, open or download, as explained on the Privacy page.

01Which product links can the converter recognize?
It recognizes direct Taobao, Tmall, Weidian and 1688 product URLs, common mobile variants, share text containing a supported URL, and product links already wrapped by a supported shopping agent when the original marketplace and numeric product ID remain available.
02Does Shopwaver upload or save my spreadsheet?
No. XLSX analysis, link replacement and repacking run inside a browser worker on the user's device. Shopwaver does not receive the file, its product links or referral codes. Only privacy-minimized scan, conversion-outcome and result-use events are counted; no file name, cell content, product URL or referral code is included.
03Will spreadsheet conversion change my formatting or images?
The converter targets recognized hyperlink relationships, individual HYPERLINK formulas and supported URL cells rather than rebuilding the spreadsheet. Existing styles, images, dimensions, merged cells and unrelated content remain in the output file, and the original spreadsheet is never overwritten.
04What happens if I leave the referral-code field empty?
The generated link uses Shopwaver's disclosed default code for that agent. Entering a personal code replaces it for that platform, so the output belongs to the user's own referral account instead.
